NEW SASS Shooters Handbook!

Dear SASS Members,

We are proud to announce that there is a NEW SASS/Cowboy Action Shooting Shooters Handbook Version available! For some time, there has been a need expressed from our membership to condense all of the rules and guidelines into one, centralized resource book. Shooters no longer have to go into the RO 1 Course materials to receive critical information and guidelines.
Huge Thanks go out to the RO Committee for their hard work and diligent assistance in reviewing and fine-tuning the new format of the Shooters Handbook. Their insight and guidance has ensured that this publication is a world class resource and a reflection of the growing and evolving needs of our shooters.

The new Version of the SASS Shooters Handbook is now available for download on the SASS Website, under Handbooks & Rules.
Here is a direct link to the Shooters Handbook . CLICK HERE

Hold The Fort - Hell West & Central Territorial 2017

Another fun event passes into history. Now ... just fror those who don't know about the Redoubt Outfit let us enlighten you. The ranges all have spectacular views and all are self contained allowing downrange movement. Why there is even a 700 yard long range bay. Septic toilets and hot showers together with a workable Cowboy Kitchen makes the total package very comfortable. Apart from the creature comforts the true Cowboy Spirit is alive and well and suffice to say if you don't experience this event you are really missing a truly fun time. Some may say a little old fashioned but then that is the way it was. In true Cowboy style Spikey Jake hand crafted the trophies from old horse shoes so if you won one of these you now have a place to hang your duster and hat. Morgan and Allie donated some Shooter Draw prizes so everyone received something. Ma Tilley watched over everyone to see no one got out of line and provided great vittles over the weekend. If you were there you had a great time with like minded pals ... if you weren't then you should make it next year. Would we go back next year?? Well we have already booked a space for our wagon.
